Where are the turkeys from?
Farm-reared in the heart of Lancashire, boneless crown fillets are prepared by hand on site at our Butcher K&J Green and brought fresh to Windy Arbour. We never sell previously frozen meat.
How big do I need?
The rule of thumb for crowns is 1/2lbs per person which is all meat. Ultimately it depends how hungry you are and how much you want left over! £5 per lbs is a good guide price based on recent years.
Whats the cooking advice?
At 170 degrees - 20 minutes per lbs in weight, plus 20 minutes extra at 180 degrees with the foil off, plus a touch of instinct!
